FactorForge is offered only to residents of the United States and is intended for use by US residents. We do not target, market to, or offer the service to residents of other jurisdictions. If you are not a US resident, please do not use this service.
By using FactorForge, you represent that you are a US resident and that your use complies with the laws of your state. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles, and any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wisconsin.
Not financial advice
FactorForge provides factor-based portfolio analysis for informational purposes only. Nothing on this site constitutes investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or a solicitation of any investment.
Factor scores, verdicts, and observations describe how a portfolio or holding aligns with a given investment style based on publicly available data. They are not predictions of future performance. Past factor exposure does not guarantee future results.
You are solely responsible for any investment decisions you make. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before acting on investment decisions. Do not rely solely on FactorForge for financial decisions.
No warranty and limitation of liability
FactorForge is provided “as is” without any warranty, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data or outputs. Financial data can contain errors, omissions, or delays. Always verify important figures with primary sources before acting on them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FactorForge and its owners, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or financial damages arising from use of the service.
Acceptable use
FactorForge is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or extract data from this site in bulk or via automated means
- Attempt to reverse-engineer the scoring model or circumvent rate limits
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Resell or redistribute analysis outputs as a commercial product
Intellectual property
The FactorForge name, branding, scoring methodology, and software are proprietary. You may not reproduce or distribute them without permission. Underlying financial data remains the property of its respective sources.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at any time for any reason, including violations of these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of FactorForge after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
